Christmas Tree Wall Hanging by Barb R

For the first quilt challenge of 2023, I made my FIRST project of the year, which is the FIRST time I tried this pattern (Christmas Tree Wall Hanging by Donna Jordan of Jordan Fabrics, free pattern). It is ONE tree which I made out of all different shades of ONE color, green.


The photo makes some squares look gold and the background look gray but they are actually shades of green. It is a low contrast quilt but I think the different shades of green and fabric patterns add some interest to it. It measures 15.5 by 16 inches.
