Pink Panther by Nancy I

On Sunday I was making a list of everything I could think of that was pink. My husband kept coming up with new ones, faster than I could. When he said, "Pink Panther" I knew that was it!

We found an image on the internet at pinkpanther.fandom.com (This quilt used a photo from the Pink Panther Wiki at Fandom that was licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike License). We made it larger. I traced it backwards on fusible paper, and ironed the pieces onto a pink background. I'd never done much satin stitch before. As I went along on the black outlines, I definitely improved. I dug out pink scraps for the border. Quilted it, and bound it. Finished at 45x 52 inches.

Created by Nancy Isbell for the Project QUILTING 14.2 Pink Tint Challenge.
