Morning Exercises by Skeeter Sketers

This is my morning exercise group repeating stretches over and over but starting with a prayer to the heart. 

This is a small little quilt to  hang on a ribbon with all the others in my art room. Created by Skeeter Sketers for the Project QUILTING 13.5 Rhythm and Repetition Challenge.
