“Hometown Proud” is 10 x 13” wall hanging made using appliqué techniques. Tucson is home to the stately saguaro cactus and there are thousands throughout the city and surrounding countryside.
We are located in the Sonoran Desert and these cacti are unique to this area and are not found in any other place in the world.”

Love your cactus. They featured so much in Western movies and programmes that I had no idea they had such a small distribution area.
