Remembering Iceland
Liz Mandelkow
Buhl Idaho
I made this little quilt as a memory of my recent trip to Iceland. It is all the leftover scraps of a larger quilt that I gifted to our Iceland hosts. This represents the snow and ice and waterfalls and beautiful landscapes.
This quilt will be used in a gift basket for our Young At Heart seniors that meet once a month at our church for pot luck dinners. We always have a raffle basket or two to give away. Seniors love a good giveaway!!!
Project QUILTING is a challenge hosted by Kim Lapacek of Persimon Dreams.

I'm SEW confused. You made the quilt as a memory of your trip to Iceland and you are giving it away? You must be less sentimental than I am, as I would have to keep it always!
