I have 2 projects this week. One is a quilt for my mom's dog.
She recently lost her 18 year old shitzu. She and Joey, her 10 year old shitzu, are sad without her, Angie.
So, a cute little quilt with Joey's name appliqued to the front of the doggie fabric which represents Angie's coloring and playful spirit, is heading their way.
Also, I have these pretty scraps which I needed to play with again.
So, I layered them up, hid a little bird in the corner and chenilled this little mug rug.
Gifting these cuties this week.

Your Mom will appreciate the thoughtful gift. That little mug rug turned out cute, too!
