The story behind this quilt is...



Living in New England we have gone from not having amazing sports teams (that we root for year after year) in 2001 to having some amazing sports teams. When the challenge was posted, NE was due to play. Both the Patriots and the Red Sox team colors are Red, White, & Blue, a no brainer in our house. Shortly after I had finished, the Patriots broke the tie score. Hubby was all over the fact that this quilt is his. Win or lose, it is awesome to have some fantastic sports teams in Boston.
