Project Quilting 9.3, Brave and Bold: In 2015, my husband and I were planning a trip from the San Francisco Bay Area to Portland, OR.
Inspired by Sarah Bareilles ("Brave") and Katy Perry ("Roar"), I contacted my ex-husband in Portland, hoping to hear some real reasons as to why we split up after dating off and on for 7 years followed by 3 years of marriage. We had not seen each other for 39 years. Suffice it to say that being BRAVE and BOLD was one of the best things I've ever done. My questions were answered and we are now good friends again.
