We have been snowed in for a couple days now and my inspiration for this project came to me while watching the birds outside at our feeders. The feeder was empty one morning and they were waiting and it was just getting light outside. The silhouette of the birds in the early morning light gave me an idea for this quilt.

Size of the quilt is 21 inches wide by 16 inches high.

  1. I love the eight colors you used for the breaking dawn and the inspiration of the little birds waiting on breakfast ("Dear Tripadvisor, the service here is terrible!" Ha). Nice take on the challenge.
