Milky Way Rocket Ship by Carol K

I was pretty excited about the craving chocolate prompt. I don't have many browns in my stash, so a few ideas went by the wayside. I thought maybe I would pick a chocolate colored mum to print, not many flowers are as varied in color as mums. I wasn't satisfied by the colors I could find. I didn't want to do the traditional chocolate bunny, so I thought about wrappers. Luckily, Hubby called me to bring home chocolate. His favorites are Milky Way and Caramello. I thought, Milky Way, Milky Way.....Then, I started singing Drops of Jupiter!

So, to the internet I went for a pic of the Milky Way from the Hubble telescope. I had grand ideas of beads and Lutradur and Transfer Artist Paper and thread painting.

There were about 8 boo boos along the way including leaving my camera at work. Sorry about the broken phone camera pictures.

This is my entry, tiny Milky Way rocket ship heading into the Milky Way Galaxy. I have had THE BEST time for Project Quilting Season 10. Thank you sooooo much.
