Like most of us, I love chocolate! I may be a little different, though, because I like chocolate with a high cocoa content, which makes it almost bitter. These chocolates go great with the big, bold, dry red wine that my husband and I like to drink.
In my project, which measures 27” x 15”, I featured a few varieties of chocolate from one of our San Francisco Bay Area chocolatiers, Ghirardelli. 92% cocoa? Gotta love it! Enjoy!
