#PQMysteryQAL by Pat Vetterlein

I stumbled across your mystery and decided to give it a try.  It is so cute!  I'm really glad I made it.  I chose the background fabric, which is all spools of thread, before I knew what we were making.  How cool is that?

Here is Joan Gudorf's version of the #PQMysteryQAL2 !

Note from Joan: Here is my quilt top - my first ever quilt!  Not even close to perfect, plus I ran out of background fabric and had to improvise, but I am proud that I did it!

#PQMysteryQAL by Diane Crawford

Diane Crawford's quilt top version of the #PQMysteryQAL2!

Note from Diane - I like scrappy quilts, bright colors, tone on tone type fabrics with some motion, and RAINBOWS.  As I searched through my stash, those were the types of fabrics I chose.  I didn’t have any pieces large enough for the background, so I used 4 different but similar yellows.  I love the use of traditional blocks to create the spools.
