Meaningful by Carolyn

 For this challenge, I used fabric that I purchased right after I found out I was pregnant at 39 1/2 years old; I always wanted to be a mom. Each fabric has a special meaning to me.

Owls - represent The Who, Pearl Jam, and music

Apples - for gardening and making healthful food choices

Moon - for my connection to the moon cycles and something greater than us

Feathers - my whimsical, creative spirit 

Library Card - my love of learning, reading, and frequenting the local library

Brooch - belonged to my grandmother - we named our daughter after her
