Happy Stars by Teri D

I was a little stumped with this challenge because I don’t really make silhouette kinds of quilts. I do have some fabric that looks like a silhouette of trees, but I wanted to do more than just using the print on a fabric.

I looked on Pinterest and found white sawtooth star blocks with fun fabrics for the background.

I tried different settings and settled on a simple table runner. I’m using this challenge to work on my free-motion quilting with rulers.

I’m very happy on how it turned out. This is my Happy Stars quilt because something about it just makes me smile.

Thank you to Project Quilting!!
