Cookie Cutter Mug Rugs by decou_kp

In the kitchen looking for inspiration, I walked into the pantry and saw my cookie cutters. (#ad)

And I happen to need some mug rugs. Very wonky binding on two because I tried to use the binding attachment on my singer 403.
