Kaffe uilt with Nest and Eggs by Kathy L

My creation for the Project Quilting challenge 15.1 Bird House.

I used Kaffe scraps to create the quilt, then cut them in 3/4 inch pieces to make the nest, stitched the nest to the quilt and added some eggs.

I added an embroidered message to the quilt - " I threw Kaffe scraps in my yard and the birds made their nest"
